Client Relationship Manager, Yacht Ownership Services

Job summary:
The Praxis Yacht Ownership team is seeking an experienced, Client Relationship Manager to oversee our expanding fleet of yachts. This is an opportunity to join a premium brand, providing bespoke support and impeccable service to a discerning international clientele.
The dedicated Relationship Manager will oversee and develop a portfolio of yacht owning entities and associated administrative structures on behalf of global clients. The successful candidate will act as the principal day to day relationship contact for yacht owners, family offices, professional advisers and other key stakeholders, to ensure a high level of service delivery, accurate administration, regulatory awareness and proactive coordination across all yacht ownership matters.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client relationship management, within the fiduciary arena and be responsible for a team of experienced professionals.
Job accountabilities:
Relationship Management
Lead and develop a team responsible for a portfolio of superyacht owners, fostering long-term, high-value relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering a discreet, responsive and highly personalised ownership experience while ensuring expectations are consistently exceeded.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client's current and future requirements, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the ownership experience and introduce complementary group services where appropriate.
Oversee SPVs and associated structures, liaising regularly with clients, captains, family offices, advisers, banks, brokers, yacht managers and other professional service providers.
Coordinate day-to-day client matters across the portfolio, working closely with administrators and internal specialists to ensure exceptional service standards, seamless delivery and adherence to agreed deadlines.
Lead regular client service reviews, relationship planning and periodic file reviews, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and escalating matters to the Head of Yacht Ownership where appropriate.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date relationship records, permanent files, transaction histories and key documentation in accordance with internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Monitor performance, service delivery and outstanding actions, taking ownership of follow-up activities and ensuring timely resolution of client and operational matters.
Key Tasks
Deliver an exceptional client experience by developing a thorough understanding of each client's requirements, anticipating their needs and building trusted, long-term relationships through proactive communication.
Ensure ownership documentation, statutory records, contracts, board materials and client correspondence are prepared, maintained and securely filed to the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
Review and coordinate yacht-related contracts and corporate documentation, supporting the Head of Yacht Ownership and regulated directors with transactional and governance matters.
Collaborate closely with administrators and specialist teams to prioritise client requests, resolve queries efficiently and ensure instructions are executed seamlessly and within agreed timeframes.
Oversee the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of yacht-owning SPVs, encompassing both private and commercial vessels, ensuring each structure remains compliant, fit for purpose and professionally managed.
Seek ways to increase the client base and revenue in accordance with best practice and regulatory compliance.
Apply Praxis Group policies, governance standards and risk management procedures consistently across the Yacht Services division, while identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Have a detailed understanding of the principles and practices of offshore companies, and related structures.
Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for all work, and all work delegated to administration team, including the prioritisation of workload and ability to always meet deadlines.
Assisting with the review of company and any other financial reports
Uphold the highest standards of fiduciary responsibility, acting in the best interests of both clients and Praxis while promoting regulatory compliance, effective risk management and operational excellence.
Maintain a strong understanding of applicable governance and regulatory requirements, escalating risks or issues appropriately and contributing to a culture of integrity, accountability and best practice.
The post holder will be expected to undertake some business travel. The job will entail some work outside normal working hours
Minimum education and experience
· A minimum of 5 years fiduciary experience
Required skills
Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise client matters, meet deadlines and maintain consistently high service standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build trusted relationships and exercise sound judgement when dealing with clients, advisers and other stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple client priorities and projects with confidence, professionalism and attention to detail in a fast-paced service environment.
