Job summary:
Reporting to the SEO, this multifaceted role primarily involves executive support for senior executives covering our offices in ADGM, DMCC & DIFC. The successful candidate will be expected to provide support from our act as a liaison between the senior execs and office staff and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and growth of our UAE offices.
Job accountabilities:
Warmly welcome all visitors to the office, providing a professional and engaging first impression.
Take ownership of meeting room setup, ensuring all IT is in working order and ready for the day.
Facilitate meeting and travel arrangements in a timely manner.
Facilitate any upcoming events and plan accordingly.
Ensure that the reception area, office, meeting rooms and kitchen are kept presentable at all times.
Ensure that the coffee machine has had its daily cleaning cycle, is topped up with coffee pods and milk and is ready to use for the day.
Support to Directors
Extensive calendar and diary management.
Organise and schedule meetings, book business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and hotel bookings.
Communicate with Board Members, schedule Board meetings and draft Board Minutes.
Assist with drafting of fee proposals and external presentations, liaising with Business Development and Marketing teams as required.
Organise inhouse events for Praxis intermediary events, arranging client lunches/dinners as well as organising quarterly team events.
Minimum education and experience
A minimum of five years’ relevant experience
A level or equivalent
Required skills
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
