Corporate Administrator
Job Summary:
To manage the day to day running of their own portfolio of clients, dealing with a wide variety of corporate clients with a multiplicity of structures.
Job Accountabilities:
The day to day running of a portfolio of clients. Tasks will involve:
Ensuring that statutory records are kept up-to-date and are accurately maintained at all times
Formation and administration of BVI Business Companies
Attend to transfer-in and transfer out of BVI Business Companies
Preparation of Certificate of Incumbencies and other special certificates
Arranging Certificates of Good Standings
Attending to liquidation of companies
Attending to filings at the Corporate Registry
Restoration of BVI Business Companies
Liaison with the Finance Team regarding invoicing and receipt of funds
Liaison with clients and intermediaries both by telephone and in writing
Assist with matters as assigned by your Manager
Minimum Education and Experience
Associate degree or equivalent
2-3 years experience as a corporate administrator
A high standard of customer service to all stakeholders
Computer literate – knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
Proficient with VIRRGIN
