Our central services team provides centralised support to the Group. A career with us provides the chance to work with colleagues across our global network, delivering support across technology & business systems, marketing & communications, finance & accounting, compliance & risk, HR, facilities and administration.
Job summary:
This role will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to the Finance Department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, maintenance of records and assistance with internal and regulatory reporting. This role is essential in maintaining the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the company.
Job accountabilities:
- Respond promptly to finance-related emails from clients, head office, management, and colleagues.
- Process license fee batches in VIRRGIN, ensuring timely processing to meet deadlines.
- Respond to customer inquiries and Coordinate with Clients to confirm VIRRGIN balance, outstanding debts and receipt.
- Ensure all VIRRGIN transaction are recorded in the system and are reconciled on a timely manner.
- Process client payments and accurately record transaction in the system.
- Support annual audits and provide requested financial documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team and other department as needed.
- Provide daily financial reports to relevant departments by specified times.
Minimum education and experience:
- Associate or Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, experience in trust or financials services preferred
Required skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of accounting principle
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
