Job summary:
This role will work within a team and will report directly to the team leader. Full support will be given with regard to professional study if the employee chooses to study for a relevant course – this course of action would be strongly encouraged. Junior Day-to-day administration of a portfolio of clients including trusts and companies dealing with a wide variety of arrangements which may be of a complex nature, supported by team leader and director.
Job accountabilities:
- Handling the set up and day-to-day administration of trusts and companies
- Liaison with clients, professional advisors, intermediaries and government authorities both by telephone and in writing
- Drafting minutes and resolutions and preparing documents in relation to both routine and complex transactions
- Statutory work – ensuring that statutory records are kept up to date and are accurately maintained
- Entity reviews – carrying out annual reviews of all entities
- Ensuring compliance with company standards, policies and procedures
- Ad hoc project work
Minimum education and experience
- Experience working in a trust and corporate services provider is desirable but not mandatory
- 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above to include English Language & Mathematics
- Studying for a relevant professional qualification is desirable but not mandatory as on-the-job training will be provided

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good numeracy and computer skills

- Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- A strong attention to detail and organisation
