Job summary:
To work on growing portfolio of business which will include direct contact with clients. Candidate should anticipate dealing with a wide variety of arrangements which may be of a complex nature.
Job accountabilities:
- The daily administration of client entities to include the following tasks:
- Onboarding of clients to include the initial review of due diligence
- Formation of BVI Business Companies and preparation of the formation pack
- Attending to client requests as it relates to provision of certificates of incumbency, certificates of good standing, changes in directors, members and beneficial ownership.
- Attending to regulatory filings such as economic substance.
- Ongoing monitoring of CDD in line with requested changes to structures.
- Updating of database to ensure accurate recording of client data.
- Liaising with Finance Team for provision of client invoices and the timely distribution of invoices to clients.
- Attending to relevant transactions on VIRRGIN.
- Liaison with respective departments to fulfil client requests
- Liaison with clients and intermediaries both by telephone and in writing
- Preparation of minutes and/or resolution to effect client transactions.
- Adhoc reporting and project assignments
Minimum education and experience:
- Associates’ degree in Business Administration, or related field
- A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in corporate services
- Working knowledge of the BVI BC Act
- A relevant professional qualification i.e. ICSA or similar qualification
Required skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in reviewing client requests
- A strong team player
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Computer literate – knowledge of Office Suite is mandatory
